The Target of Task 9.1 led by HYDRUS is to present the initial approach that will be followed as far as the exploitation of project results is concerned and the framework of the intellectual property rights that govern the SAFeCRAFT project as per the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement. Through the adoption of the principles of IP management, all data access and sharing will be subject to the relevant regulations and controls implemented between the partners and it will be further ensured that SAFeCRAFT project’s exploitable results will be properly captured, protected, assessed and utilized by each individual partner and collectively as a consortium. While some partners have clear intentions for commercial exploitation, others have not formulated specific exploitation plans yet. It is evident that the project is still at an initial stage and as such, Initial Exploitation Plan is mainly based on the Grant Agreement context. As the project progresses, new innovations will be developed, and partners will decide accordingly for their next exploitation steps. In parallel, the different potential markets and conditions outside the project are evolving, thus making it necessary to update the Initial Exploitation plan with the final version of it during month 48.
