This deliverable presents the methodology developed under Task T2.4 of the SAFeCRAFT project, focusing on the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), their corresponding assessment metrics, and the application of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.
The report outlines a structured approach to evaluate the techno-, socio-, environmental, and economic performance of the project’s solutions. By integrating these indicators with the QFD methodology, the evaluation captures both technical characteristics and functional performance aligned with SAFeCRAFT’s objectives.
This deliverable directly supports the project’s overarching goal of demonstrating the safety, viability, and adoption potential of Sustainable Alternative Fuels (SAFs) in waterborne transport. Additionally, the outcomes of this work will serve as critical input to Tasks T3.4, T5.3, T6.5, and T8.4, supporting a cohesive and impact-driven project implementation.
